Software engineering plays an important role to produce a high quality software system by instilling the application to certain systematic, disciplined or quantifiable approach to the development or maintenance process. Software engineering research in academia should be improved to meet the practice in industry. This demands a better collaboration among the researchers and practitioners.
Malaysian Software Engineering Interest Group (MySEIG) was initiated in 2005 with the main aim to provide a platform among software engineers mainly those in Malaysia to share knowledge, ideas and experience in the related topics. By having this MySEIG knowledge portal, we hope Malaysian software engineers will be able to collaborate better either in their research work or software engineering practices.
